Manumit Reunion Expenses

With this year’s reunion behind us, I thought it was time to let you all know how much we spent, what we have collected in total etc.

People have been generous and contributed to the Alumni Association even before we started planning the reunion and many people gave extra for the fund in addition to a contribution for the cost of our weekend.

In total, we collected an amazing $7,805.
We also earned interest in the amount of $7.72

We spent: 
On checks for the account –     38.40
On the reunion                  – 3,612.24
This included the cost of food for two days; rental of tables, chairs, tents, coolers; one person for two days to help serve and clean up and accommodations.
We had around 70 people on Saturday and 60 on Sunday. (Hildy – have you figured out the exact numbers?)  This gives us a cost of roughly $28 per person per day

At the end of the day, or the end of the month more precisely, we have still in our account $4,162.08
